What IS NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test)?
Conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency) that has been set up as an independent autonomous as well as self-sustained premier testing organization, the (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) (UG) helps the aspirants to get admission into MBBS/BDS Courses as well as other undergraduate medical courses. Now even the admission to MBBS courses in AIIMS, New Delhi, JIMPER as well as other AIIMS like institutions will be made through NEFT.
Eligibility Criteria: All those candidates who are applicable to appear in NEET (UG) shall also apply to candidates who are desirous to take admission into INIs like AIIMS.
Age Limits For NEET: The minimum age requirement to appear in NEET 2023 is 17 years during admission or before December 31, 2023. Therefore, students born on or after December 31, 2006, are eligible. The upper age limit for General category candidates is 25 years, and for other categories, it is 30 years.
Availability Of Application Forms: The authority has released the NEET 2023 application forms on 6th March 2023. The last date to apply for NEET 2023 is April 6.
Register for an online entry with the help of filling basic details such as Name, Category, Nationality, ID Proof Number, etc. The students are required to note down the user ID and PW that has been generated. They can log in successfully by logging in with the help of the registration number and password for filling the NEET application form.
Further, they are required to fill up the other details such as choice of exam city, residing address, qualification, and other similar stuff. The students are further required to submit the scanned copies of the photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, etc as per the needs and specifications.
After this, the applicants are required to step off the Application Fee Payment as well as the respective amount.
The students can take a printed copy of the confirmation page for future use after successful payment.
Application Fees: As compared to last year, the application fees have been hiked to Rs 1500 from Rs 1400 for general candidates. While filling the form, the students can even upload live photographs.
The application fee for NEET 2023 is INR 1700 for general candidates, INR 1600 for EWS candidates, and INR 900 for candidates from other categories. The fee for the NEET application will be INR 9500 for NEET 2023 aspirants outside India.
Language Of The Exam: Conducted throughout the country in 155 cities having 2546 test centers, the entrance test would be conducted in 11 languages that include Hindi, English as well as other 9 regional languages all over India.
Date For Downloading Admit Card: All those candidates who have registered for NEET successfully can download the NEET 2023 Admit Card on 3rd May 2023 by logging via their NEET registration No as well as password. Now, the dates of downloading the admit cards indicating the roll numbers, as well as the center of the examination, will be displayed on the official website of NTA and NEET UG 2023 15 days before the conduct of this exam.
When Will It Be Conducted?:

What is the Syllabus of NEET 2023: As per the syllabus defined by the National Testing Agency NEET’2023 consists of questions that consist of three subjects that are Physics, chemistry as well as biology. This would, however, be subject to the availability of capacity in the desired cities. Due to administrative reasons, there is a possibility that a different city may be allotted to the students.
