Age Limits For NEET 2020: The upper age limit for the students who want to appear for NEET 2020 has been capped at 25 years on 31st December 2019. The lower age limit for the same is 17 years as on 31st December.
Availability Of Application Forms: The application forms were available from December 2’2019 and the last date for the same was December 31st’2019. The window enabling the candidates to make corrections was reopened on 13th March’2020 and they had the opportunity to make the same till March 19’2020.
However due to the unprecedented pandemic, the same has been extended till May 31. The candidates can easily modify their particulars and can also change their choice of centers by 5 pm. Even earlier the National testing Agency had extended the date of application as well as the date of form correction after the announcement of lockdown and extension. To fill the application form, the following steps can be taken :
Register for an online entry with the help of filling basic details such as Name, Category, Nationality, ID Proof Number, etc. The students are required to note down the user ID and PW that has been generated. They can log in successfully by logging in with the help of the registration number and password for filling the NEET application form.
Further, they are required to fill up the other details such as choice of exam city, residing address, qualification, and other similar stuff. The students are further required to submit the scanned copies of the photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, etc as per the needs and specifications.
After this, the applicants are required to step off the Application Fee Payment as well as the respective amount.
The students can take a printed copy of the confirmation page for future use after successful payment.
Application Fees: As compared to last year, the application fees have been hiked to Rs 1500 from Rs 1400 for general candidates. While filling the form, the students can even upload live photographs. The General EWS applicants are required to pay Rs 1400 whereas the applicants belonging to the reserved category have to pay Rs 800.
Language Of The Exam: Conducted throughout the country in 155 cities having 2546 test centers, the entrance test would be conducted in 11 languages that include Hindi, English as well as other 9 regional languages all over India.
Date For Downloading Admit Card: All those candidates who have registered for NEET successfully can download the NEET 2020 Admit Card on March 27’2020 by logging via their NEFT registration No as well as password. Due to the lockdown, the date will be announced soon. Now, the dates of downloading the admit cards indicating the roll numbers, as well as the center of the examination, will be displayed on the official website of NTA and NEET UG 2020 15 days before the conduct of this exam.

They are also required to give their XIIth board roll numbers while filling their application forms.
